Client Service Associate
We are a relationship-based business seeking an associate who is a strong team fit. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented individual who can execute best-in-class administrative and client service.

Core Responsibilities
- Support advisors in the completion of all client account transactions, data management, and associated activities.
- Prepare information, documentation, and presentations to aid in the successful delivery of in-person and virtual client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal team members to fulfill client promises and ongoing administrative requirements from start to finish.
- Liaise with CI Assante head office personnel and third-party companies to deliver consistent service excellence to clients.
- Manage internal and external office technology systems (i.e., Office 365, Salesforce, DocuSign, Box, Adobe, etc.) and provide leadership and support to colleagues and clients.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial services, or related industries in an administrative capacity.
- A degree or relevant certification in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of wealth management practices, financial products, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with various departments to achieve common goals.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a commitment to follow through on tasks and assignments.
- Desire to grow with the business and develop your role.

Salary and Benefits
Full-time permanent per year salary range $60,000–$70,000; benefit package available.
